Asset Depreciation Problem
Hello friends,
Last year for cocd 2002 one asset depreciation was run [ we were supposed to
keep it under shutdown state] but
someone unchecked the shutdown indicator and ran the depreciation for period
12 in fy 2010. Now the business
is saying that they want to reverse the depreciation posted in period 12 FY
2010, Also the NBV of the asset should
be the same as previous.
Please suggest me what is the best approach to fix this. Should I go for
document reversal
or create a new asset and archive the old one.
