It says in the books that the weight group is optional but you seem to be saying it is mandatory for the delivery to determine the route. Our problem is not with the initial determination but with subsequent re-determination when the shipping condition is changed. It seems to look up the correct route as it won't let you enter anything else but it does not put it into the form.
Any further help or clarification is appreciated.
