So, finally to answer the question:
SPRO ->Sales and Distribution -> Billing ->Rebate Processing -> Rebate Agreements -> Define Agreement types
So, I guess you'd like to know how I did that since I clearly didn't know previously.
I pulled up the matchcode and F1'd on the description. It said it was using T6B1T-VTEXT.
I went to SM30 and entered T6B1T then clicked customizing.
And one of the options that it offered to sent me to was the above. Now I didn't know which one, but went in and looked around...
