Hi Belle,
You have actually confused me now. If you have used only "PO document type" and "Account Assignment Category" as two release characteristics in your PO release procedure, then your POs for materials and STO won't be blocked as no "K" account assignment category is used in such purchasing documents. Can you provide in full details how you set up your release strategy in CL20N transaction?

I am trying to set up an overall release strategy with the following characteristics: total value and account assignment K.
In order to get the overall release strategy to work I had to set the overall strategy at the document type level (NB).
Now material PR and consumable PR are subject to an overall release. What can I do to set the strategy for only PR with account assignment K.
