I don't know how to post this privately, which would be my preference, so . . .

I work in National Account sales at ADP so I'm certainly not the technical resource to answer your question. I am curious however if your client is using ADP Connection as the "middleware bridge" to facilitate the employee data exchange between SAP and ADP? While it may not be the complete "end-all" tool for every conceivable situation, that solution was designed in order to facilitate these type of data exchanges from SAP (and other ERP software) into ADP PayForce.

Subject: ADP Payforce infotype 14 and 15 limitations

Hi Experts,
we are running Payforce for Mini Master Data outsourcing to ADP payroll utilizing PU12 standard interface. On our request to process Recurring Payments IT0014 and IT0015 within the same IDOC our ADP rep refuses to do so claiming that Payforce not be able to except (and stop when necessary) these payments.
Despite the fact that PU12 contained segments for 14 and 15 as well as many other info types we must run separate load manually to process these type of transactions. We're about to bring SAP Benefits into the picture and we don't know if Payforce will be able handle automatic calculation and processing of benefits deductions. If you have an experience with Payforce, please advice what limitations we'll be facing? May be there is a better product we could use for ADP payroll Gross-to-Net outsourcing?

Thanks in advance,
Roman
