Hi Dinesh,

Thanks for your valuable response.
I have done Initial and basic settings.
Also I have configured data transfer configuration.
But in issue management I got error 'service cannot be reaced'

Please advice.

I got SAP OSS connection test ok with with logon time 4936msec.

Now I have to configure maintenance optimizer.
When I go to activate maintenance optimizer it replies error SAP MOPZ auto-configuration warnings Message No. IMG_FASTCONF030

Please advise.
