Hello,
What is the document type of the vendor invoice, KN?
Are you using cash discount on the payments?
Did you implement the note vis SNOTE?
Also, just get an ABAPER to check the correction instruction has been added to the ABAP programs. Also review OSS note 1525458 as 1431707 seems to be too restrictive.

I have implemented OSS note 1431707 as per the error. But, even now after running F110, we are getting the same error "F1 805: Clearing: Line item in document already cleared". Please suggest if I had missed anything after the note implementation.
