Does tcode MIGO respect this security object and enable only specific users to be able to post to previous period and not others that also have access to MIGO?
Can someone confirm that I only need to add F_BKPF_BUP to the superusers with an authorization group (e.g. '0001') but what activity value do I assign with it?
"Enter the account type '+' for the posting period variant to which the restriction is to apply. Enter the period(s) whose use is to be restricted in the first period, those which are available to all users in the second period, and the authorization group (e.g. '0001') in the last column."

Hi,
We can open two accoutning period (FI) at any point of time. During the monthend closing, both period can remain open for a certain period of time. How can I restrict user or allow few user to post entries in previous period and other can post in current period.
