I have the same issue with Taiwanese bank details and I had someone to read the page opened by the link, but it does not exist anymore. It is the standard "page is not found" description.

For Taiwanese banks, there is a Taiwanese specific code that should be
maintained in the R/3 Bank key field. You can check on this site, as to
what should be the correct Bank key for your Taiwanese bank.
Unfortunately, the information can only be viewed in Chinese, so you
will need someone who can read chinese.
