I had same issue. I created SAP OSS note as I couldn't find any solution.
They revert back with me saying my Monthly Pay Period is starting January 3rd instead January 1st, which is what causing problem while running Time Eval for Bi-Weekly from 12/19 - 01/01. I don't understand this. Why would monthly payroll period have any impact on bi-weekly payroll period.
Anyone else find this strange?

We are running Time Evaluation for Pay Period 12/20/2010 - 01/01/2010.
For some reason it's not generating Time Wagetypes for hourly employee on 01/01/2010. I checked the work schedule, payroll calendar and everything else. Everything is in place. Can you someone please help ASAP?
