go to cmd and sid run the command sqlplus /nolog
connect /as sysdba
connect sapsr3
<sql>select * from pat01;
delete from pat01;
desc pat01;
commit;
select * from pat03;
delete from pat03;
commit;

We have an work around to reset the queue on table level. But SAP wont
support on impact. So please raise an message to SAP to reset your queue
which will be safe at this stage.
