Go to the following Menupath in IMG and check your settings - you might have
missed something here:
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide
-->Financial Accounting (New)
-->Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)
-->General Ledger Accounting (New)
-->Document Splitting
-->Classify G/L Accounts for Document Splitting
Also make sure you have everything correctly set up under the main item
'Document Splitting'

GL Account 0001/400100 is missing in Table T8G17. Check "Classify GL accounts for document splitting" under Fincancial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Accounting (New) > Business Transactions > Document Splitting.
