Hope you are doing fine.
For your kind information I am not understand your main Problem? FB50 or F-02 is Same. When you post the Document FB50 or F-02 not a ASSIGN TO ACCOUNT - 400100 because here need cost element or cost Center ( if any type of Administrative or Manufactureing GL posting you must need Cost Center Allocate)
Than i think you post the GL Account.
