Rafael, The system is working per your instructions-since you have specified a "maximum lot size of 300", the single reservation of 500 is being split into two planned replenishments---one for 300, and the balance of 200 on the second planned order---you can validate this by modifying your reservation quantity---sap to 700, 850, etc.-then you will see the same effect of planned orders maxing out at 300 per your material master entry. Hi. Thanks for your replies. We have followed this: Planning horizons for the plant is 100 MRP data for the material: MRP type: PD Lot size: HB Replenish to maximum stock level Maximum lot size: 3000 Maximum stock level: 3000 Planned delivery time: 15 Days From PS network activity: Requirement qty : 5000 M Requirement date: 12.07.2011 (DD.MM.YYYY) When running MRP (transaction MD03) we are using parameters: Processing key: NETCH Net Change in Total Horizon Create purchase req: 2 Purchase requisitions in opening period Delivery schedules 1 No schedule lines Create MRP list 1 MRP list Planning mode 3 Delete and recreate planning data Scheduling 1 Determination of Basic Dates for Planned Planning result: 19.01.2011 stock 0 12.07.2011 Pld Ord : 3000 12.07.2011 Pld Ord : 2000 12.07.2011 Order reserv. 5000- Now the system creates 2 Planned order. One for for 3000 M and the other for 2000 M. The requirement date is 12.07.2001 (this is ok, because is the requirement date) But now we have new issues. We want only one PURCHASE REQUISITION for the maximum lot size of 3000 M. not two PLANNED ORDERS. The two planned orders the system create, have the same requirement date (12.07.2011) The reason is because the requirement quantities in PS are for the all project, and we want to "split" the quantities. How can I distribute the requirement quantity (5000 M) and plan the delivery schedule from PS? I know in the P.O we can have a Delivery schedule to indicate the date on which the goods are to be delivered and quantities. I would like to know if s it possible to copy these information from PS. Otherwise the people from purchase department should know this schedule. Regards Rafael | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
