Hi Mr.David,

we had encountered a issue regarding Backround job work process.
The BTC wp is stopped and status is sleep.
can we terminate the process i mean we cancel the BTC job?

This looks like a sales gimmick site.

All SAP software should be legaly obtained from the SAP Portal, and in most cases using the maintenance Optimizer of Solution Manager.
