I think Jitendra is on the right track. If the program and the configuration have not changed since you did your last test (successfully), then the only places left to look at are the master data (GL accounts, vendors, customers etc) and the upload data file itself. There is probably a discrepancy between what you are uploading and what the master data is expecting.
