If we want to charge the scrapping of goods to cost center and also we sometimes do not want to charge the scrapping to cost center !

=> If you want to charge the scrapping to cost center, then you need to do a sales return so you could do a GI to cost center, then issue CM to customer.

=> If you do not want to charge the scrapping to cost center, then just issue CM without goods return.
