Yes .. there is a simple standard config for getting the Cost Center field
in the Sales Order.
Just maintain the SD Document Category as ' I ' in Sales order type.. then
you will get activated field in the Sales Document. Path is.. Sales Document
--> Goto --> Header --> Account Assignment --> Cost Center field.

Is it possible to allow users to enter the cost centre directly in the sales order, through an additional field (rather than determining via order reason) and the copying it into VBAP.
Is there some simple include that can be used to add the Cost Centre field in item detail?
