You can create Custom Infotype

We use infotype 16 and 185 in PA in our standard SAP system. We want to use the same screen layout in a different country. How to we change it so that all screens are the same in all countries.
In infotype 16, we use screen MP001600 which has all the settings we require. We want to apply to screen program to another country.
How can we change this screen program?
