Why do you want to hit a depreciation area at all? AuC does not depreciate.

Subject: Posting a manual transaction to AUC
Hi
Our AUC automatically goes to Depreciation Area 01. But due to some external reporting requirements we would like to maintain an additional area i.e. 91 in which the amount needs to be increased or decreased.
i.e.
01 Automatic Acquisition = 1,000 Therefore closing balance = 1,000
91 Automatic Acquisition = 1,000
91 Manual Acquisition Adjustment = 10 Therefore closing balance = 1,010
Obviously when trying to post to this asset we get the error AK005 - Asset is investment measure, transaction type not allowed.
Does anyone know how I can get this adjustment to post through to the additional depreciation area?
