In the screen where you fill out the values you also have a button transactions.
Try having a look via this path.

Subject: Loading transactions for a prior year period for legacy assets

We are doing a mid fiscal year legacy asset transfer, at the end of February next year. Our FI financial year is Jan to Dec (it is the same for Fixed assets).

Our plan is to load year end balances as of Dec 31st this year and load transactions for January and February. But as the financial year in the legacy system is Dec to Nov., our business team wants to have a full reporting year of transactions in SAP. In other words, they want us to load transactions from Dec 2010 for these legacy assets we'd transfer in Feb 2011.

I see that we cannot load transactions from a period from the previous fiscal year using AS91. Neither can we post asset transactions through the regular asset t-codes as the fiscal year 2010 has to be closed for asset transfer to happen in 2011.

So, we are looking at any alternatives of loading transactions for Dec 2010.

Do you have any inputs/suggestions?
