from the error message in sapinst.log seems that sapinst can not create
account idvmides\SAPServiceEHP automatically

you can try to create that account manually and resume the sapinst.

my guess is that sapinst failed to create the account due to password rule,
you can check in event viewer.


I also checked on sapinst.log :
INFO[E] 2010-11-28 18:22:38.454
FSL-01027 Account user="idvmides\SAPServiceEHP" does not exist.

ERROR 2010-11-28 18:22:45.313
FSL-01002 Unable to create account idvmides\SAPServiceEHP.

yes, i have read the guidence, i also chose local installation (not domain installation) and i use local administrator.
