[sap-basis] Not able to open Transport logs from SE01 ( TR is in error code RC = 4), system taking very long time

Dear Experts,
Good Morning !!!

This issue is connected to the earlier one (Issue in Client Import/Export).
As i try to open the Logs from SE01 in PRD system(P55) for the TR P55KT00012 & P55KX00012 (Export Activity Log) , it is taking lot of time, and hen it gives an ABAP dump of "Time Out".

What can be the reason behind this slow performance of the system ??
Unfortunately i do not have access at the OS level and cannot view the Log files from there too..

Will you please guide me .
