Please check port numbr 443 is opened for communication in your router.
Note 401195 for reference.

Hi ALL,

I am trying to configure SAP Download manager on my Windows NT
Professional workstation. It has been installed but when i try to
configure it i get the error message
"The Basket content could not be read. The following exception
occured: No protocol"

I wish to know-:
1) Is it only possible to have SAP Download manager running on SAP
Server or whether it could be configured and used from any normal PC
and if this is possible please help me how to proceed.

2) Is it necessary to have some kinda SSL Connection to download from
the Service Marketplace.
