I agree with Snowy/Caddick/sugg's suggestions.

Currently, in our company, we are @ rdisp/max_wprun_time=3600.

In relation to your existing time outs:
1) You can try to run some traces and see whats happening and where is it exactly taking longer. ST12, STAD are good starters.
2) You can do your workload analysis/SQL Explain to see any inefficient coding
3) Next, you need to analyze your DB access.
>> DB02 --> Performance ---> Database
>> Indicatives would be Buffer quality, Number of Physical reads/write vs Logical Reads/writes
>> Package Cache/Catalog Cache Quality and Overflows e.t.c
