Hi,
I'm getting the same error after doing a rman restore of the database to refresh our Q/A system from Prod. I exported the rfc's and user data off to a text file before the restore and now I'm trying to bring them back in. I can't redo the transport export since the original system has been overwritten

I hope you did not done the UMR Transport import....
Before Going to SCC7 Tx first you need to import the Transport in Target client which is created while you Export the Client.
