We are running SAP R3 and I found out in the beginning this company didn't want to run/maintain the Dunning Settings as they were just getting started with SAP R3 but since they have so many customers they may have to go back an visit this option and do this.
I have to make collection calls all the time and figured just printing customer account statement once a week and mailing them could be very effective. So, that is why I started looking into getting the SAP R3 to print this for me, otherwise I will have to continue to export to Excel.
I believe if you have a good system and good resources-use it, as you paid good money for it.
