Hi,

Denise has very valid point as ME2O shows the requirement made out of
subcontracting PO, if PO has not picked BOM, so no requirement, hence
PO will not appear.

Please verify that the subcon PO has components. It is possible to create an L type PO line but not have a BOM selected.
