Please verify that the subcon PO has components. It is possible to create an L type PO line but not have a BOM selected.

When I created the subcon PO in me21n, I could not find it in ME2O.
I'm sure that the purchase order exists,and item category is exactly 'L'.
Does anybody can help me solve this?
