Maybe problem is you try to activate when focused on an include instead of the main program.

Hi Gaylord,
I'm no access to SAP now, but think, it is a little syntax-check mystification. It could be something like missing dot in the end of the source code, or such trivial.

I have copied a program into a new program by copying the screens, includes, GUI Titles and GUI Statuses. After doing so when I activate the new program I get the error "Each ABAP program can contain only on "REPORT", "PROGRAM", "FUNCTION-POOL" statement" within TOP include Y_MC29LTOP at this statement:
PROGRAM SAPMC29L MESSAGE-ID 29.
This necessary message class statement works fine in the original include YMC29LTOP. What is causing this statement to fail in my copy?
