Hi Danny,

The profile is updated in RZ10 as soon as you have activated the profile but the SAP system will only use the new/changes values after a restart.
Dynamic profile parameters can be immediately used if you use Tx RZ11.

Your problem with sending e-mail is a different problem so please open a new message giving all the detail.

Yes, I did, and there aren't, however I uploaded to followed the step in the message last.

My questions is : Why doesn't the profile update through rz10 before the server restarted?

And now I have the problem with sending mail I have Trouble with this message
Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (final)
i am searching the information about this
