Hi,
To alleviate the problem initially use Tx RZ11 and increase the value of parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time
Then investigate the long running tasks. If they are custom developed programs get you development team to re-look at the program.
You also might need additional secondary indexes and also look for any relevant SAP notes.

Hi All,
Getting TIME_OUT Dump in my ECC system, approx about 50 Dumps for 14 users , since 3 -4 days.
How could I start investigating this behavior, for an ECC system, having with 5 different Ap servers
These Dumps occurring For users of Central Instance
I started noting the Program name , among these dumps , for finding the similarity, But occurring for
different programmes , Also the parameter , rdisp/max_wprun_time=600 ,
Is ther any parameter I Need to Look or investigate in ST02
