Hi,
I have a sales order that was entered in February and the customer adds lines to their PO, so we just add their new lines to our existing sales order. The doc. date on the sales order is 2/24/2010. If I look at VA05 on the date the new line is added I don't see it. I need to go back to 2/24/2010 to find the dollar increase. However, I have noticed that if I check MCSI it is there as an incoming order. In our system, MCSI is used as a monthly report and we would like to have a daily report, which I thought we could get from VA05. I suppose if we add a line to an existing order we could change the doc. date to the date the addition is made. So if we add a line to the February order today in VA02 we could change the doc date to today's date and then it would show up in VA05 - I think? My goal is to have an end of the day report of what orders and credits were entered on that day.
