The reports ME2n etc will be helpful but only if we have placed orders with them at any time.

We do use material master where all the data is stored, and we store it all in the info records so I might see whether i can use EINA and EINE to pull the information I want - although this was a little more tricky than what I wanted but ill give it a go... thank you all for your help and advice.
