I think you are starting in the wrong place. SAPLXCN1 if for function group XCN1 with all the user exits for PS. If you want to create custom screens for PS you may want to look in configuration first. You cannot edit an SAP screen and you cannot edit the SAP includes to a program, but you can create your own. If you go to SE80, type in the program name, right click on it, and select Create -> Screen, you can create your own screen with a 9000 number such as 9600. You could also copy an existing screen and name it with a 9000 number. This will take you to the screen editor. Using the wizard here and using the includes that start with Z such as ZXCNATOP you can create the tabs you want. The wizard may create filenames that begin with Z and you can click on those to edit them or it may ask you if you want to create the file. The file should start with a Z or LZ. You'll have to do all the programming for the tabs and then you'll have to create a Z transaction code
to call the program with Your New screen.
