Thanks for the reply.
Then you have the correct start.
Now you have to make sure that you have maintained Infotype 1001, per sub-type as below:
A008 - Holder (the user id of employees/first level approver)
A002 - The reporting line
A250 - Cost Center for which the user id can approve travel request
B311 - Substitute if any
If the above answer is "YES"
Then you have to check whether you have created
expense types
expense category
symbolic account
G/L accounts
If the answer to the above is "YES", then write me back, we look into next level of details

Thanks for you reply.
My TM is activated. I can create TR by subsequent activities then menu and new TR.
But my icon inside the TM is not reacting.
