You need to have separate ESG and PSG group for Full Time and Part time EEs.
For part time, Create a periodic work schedule. There is a concept called day type. Assign value 2 , means Time Off and Not Paid.
Valid values are:
0 - Work & Paid
1- Time Off and Paid
2- Time off and No Pay
3- Time off Special

Hi,

My Client's requirement is as follows:
The part time employees are not entitled for any of the public holidays, whereas the full time employees are entitled for the respective public holidays.

So whenever the Part time employees does not work on Public Holiday then their leave is deducted from their entitlement.
So I created the two Employee Subgrouping for Work Schedule under the node *Define Employee Subgroup Grouping*:

+Salaried Employees+
+Salaried Part time Employees+

Can you please let me know if this is the correct approach?

Regards
Manish Jaiswal
