Try SAP note 763561 as a start

HI all

In our development server i am not able to connect with SDCC_OSS if i trying
for test connection error message is
Logon Cancel
Error Details Name or password is incorrect. Please re-enter

please guide me for this which user password is need to enter? S user or
Other?
