Hi,

This usually means that you do not have the correct version of the Solution Tool installed on the PRD system.

Program RTCCTOOL will point you to the correct package and notes

Hi Guys,

I have implemented all the missing elements that RTCCTOOL requested and yet when I try to do the following for Solution Manager, everything is fine:

3. Click on the Execute icon in the Service Preparation Check row.
You get a list of recommendations, e.g. to import SAP notes which are required for the delivery of services.

However, when I try to do the same for the Production System, there is an error saying that ST-PI is missing.

Please help.
