There are several Sales Management reports that can do this. We use T-code MC E (there are other MC... T-codes like this) because it allows selection by both customer and material. Run it for all customers and all materials (i.e. no selection) for the period of interest. Then export the result to Excel (path "Customer analysis > Export.... > Transfer to XXL" ). You can then filter on customers with zero sales.
