Finally, I fixed it,

Log in to the user, went through Content Admin down to the Iview that had the field I wanted to disable. On that iview, hold down CTRL SHIFT RIGHT CLICK. Click on the preview button. You will then see the fields on that iview. Go to the field u wish to disable, hold down CTRL SHIFT RIGHT CLICK.....you can finish the rest from there....
