Hi Satya,

You can perform a client copy with the SAP_USR Profile, but it will copy all users.
It is easier to use Tx SU01 and create User ID DDIC.

Make sure you assign it the same profiles as DDIC in client '001'. You can give the user any password you want and then logon to DDIC and you will be forced to change the password again. Do not use 19920706, make sure it is a secure password.
