Thank you all for the co-operation and support.

Yes,Caddick you right DDIC entries were not there in SAPSR3.USR02 mandt 000,query resulting into "0 or no row selected or found"

Is there any way that DDIC can be copied from 001 or 066 Clients.Is the same 19920706 Password holds good for the first login of a DDIC user on a newly created SAP Environment.

Please guide me.
