This is only a guess...

Check the security (/oSU53) after the 'failure' occurs.

I can see the file in the mentioned directory and its size is 0 byte. Seems like the is not able to get decoded ( as suggested by the corrupt file error from Adobe).

Where can we start. The issue was not there before. This was resolved as per note 000116874 and many related ones.

We recently had a upgrade with which the above note is already delivered. My current package levels are

and many more..... the above note comes with 31/33 itself
