V/06, check if there is a default UoM in the condition type.

I have a price condition that is made up of shipping condition, customer, and plant. When I enter in the rate, the unit of measure is defaulting to KG, when It should be LB. The material number is not one of the fields I use. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
