Do the following changes in Material Master
Go to MRP1 (View) in Material change mode (MM02)
Select Manual Reorder Point Planning (VB)  as MRP Type
Set MRP Controller as consumption Based.
Set the calculated Reorder Value for Reorder Point Field.
Once you set these parametrs, the system will automatically trigger the
PR when the (Total Plant Stock + Total Receipts ) fall down below the
reorder value which you defined for the particular material.
