Hi Louis,

If I understand the issue correctly, the issue is limited to only this employee. The event is at a future date. So the hiring date is out of question. If there are prerequisites, the error would say "prerequisites not met, booking cannot be continued".

Jignesh, what is the exact error message?

Is the problem limited to only this employee or several employees ?

If its only this employee, could be that the person was not hire at the date
the event took place?

Could also be that the event has some pre-requisites that the employee
didn't take,

As mentioned below, the employee is on leave

Could be a missing Infotype 0007 (Working Time)

If the problem is affecting more than one employee, the event or Business
enent type would be the focus of my search.
