Hi
Also when you set up your system you should create a reference article that is then assigned to the merchandise category. You can create different reference articles for differenct categorys. Then against the reference article you maintain the relevant fields. When you create an article using MM41 the program automatically creates with reference to the ref article you have assigned to the merchandise category and your fields are defaulted in.
