I have always the same problem so I have fixed like this(in following steps)
1. On q01 or d01 create in pfcg temp role include trans. xxxx
2. Maintain reqired activities on auth. Obj.
3. Assign temp role to temp user and check what is more needed and
su53 solve all problems.
