Dear HAMAD,

The division field comes in Basic data 1 of material master which is client
dependent and not absed on the company code or plant or sales organisation.

What you can do is you can create a commmon division and assiged that to the
material and wherever you try to make the order whaterver sales area you
will take the division of that sales area in the particular company code
will replace the division of material in the transaction.

If needs any other clarification please do aks.

Regards,
Raj
